SRI MAYANG APARTMENT

This apartment is nestled in a the SS25/41 light industrial area and is usually unnoticed by most people. To get there you have to come from the Kelana lake direction and pass the FAS Business Avenue/FAS training center. You will now notice a row of 2-story shop-offices occupied by mostly auto mechanics, a pet hotel and the Supercab taxi company. Slow down as the entrance is easily missed by many.

After you turn left into the shops, go a further 50 meters or so and you will see the deep pink Mayang Court 5-storey (walk-up) apartments. Sri Mayang is the cream colored single high rise next to it. It is definitely better looking now after its recent long overdue repainting.

It is a no-frills apartment complex with the basic cleaning/refuse collection services, a children's playground and security. But with only 48 freehold units and prices around the RM180,000 mark it is definitely worth considering if you are like many people who live in full facilities condos but hardly ever make use of them.
