D'Aman Crimson Apartments

Crimson Apartments is a hot favorite among the young working-class adults as the standard 845 sq ft units are priced around the RM160,000 - RM170,000 mark. Some units are even priced lower minus the parking lot. The new owner can easily buy the allocated parking lot from the developer at RM15,000 (last time I checked).

As it is a mixed development you will find two levels of commercial units, retail on Ground Level and offices on First Level. As the complex is also located close to the NKVE, the two blocks (Damai & Kayangan) are almost void of retasil activities. Needless to say the residential units facing the freeway also suffers from lower rental and sale rates. The commercial lots on the Kasih and Harmoni blocks (facing NZX) are fully occupied with shops like mamak restaurant, mini market, snooker center, etc.

Access into the complex is by post paid parking fee of RM1 per day. Visitors then need to speak into the intercom and the security control room will grant access remotely. It is also worth noting that the apartment is monitored by CCTV cameras in the lift lobby and lift car. Being a freehold property it is no wonder it remains a hot selling site despite the traffic congestion during peak hours.
