The low-cost apartment
Pelangi Damansara (aka Pelangi 1) is located along Persiaran Surian just a couple of km after Ikano/The Curve is the Metro Kajang project completed in 2003. On the right side of the is the Pelangi Square commercial project of 6-storey shop/offices. Just behind are the low-cost apartments of blocks A, B and C of Pelangi Damansara. The apartments (also called flats) are 20-storeys high with about 1000 units in all.
On the opposite side of the road are two "parts" of Pelangi Damansara. Blocks D, E and F are the medium-cost apartments with vehicle access system but parking bays are on "first-come, first-served" basis.
The final "part" are blocks G to K which are high-cost apartments with security, vehicle access & reserved parking bays, swimming pool, mini mart, cafeteria and gym.
